I have practiced as a therapist and counsellor for several years, working with groups and clients on an individual basis.
As a result, I am comfortable working with the broad range of concerns that people bring to therapy, including:

I attained an MA with distinction in Integrative Psychotherapy & Counselling, and an additional Advanced Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy from Regents University, London. Regents is an institution know for its academic excellence and professional high standards.
My approach draws from numerous theoretical positions including gestalt, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and psychoanalysis.
I am an active member of the Society for Existential Analysis, a fully accredited member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, the largest professional body for counselling and psychotherapy in the UK.
I adhere to the codes of ethics and codes of practise of both the BACP and UKCP.
